Roving Head Chef - Bolton Are you an experienced Head Chef who thrives on variety, enjoys being challenged and has the confidence to walk into a kitchen and make a positive difference? We're looking for a talented and adaptable Roving Head Chef to join the Brunning & Price family. This is a senior chef role for someone who is ready to take their experience to the next level. You'll be an important part of our wider kitchen operation, providing support, leadership and expertise to our Head Chefs across the business. Rather than having one kitchen to call your own, you'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of our beautiful pubs, supporting teams when they need you most, helping maintain our high standards and bringing fresh ideas and energy wherever you go. The role will cover 11 pubs, from Manchester, Wirral, to Clitheroe, Preston, Kirkby Lonsdale and Harrogate to name a few. From time to time the position will involve working away from home but we'll always be flexible where we can. As a Roving Head Chef, you'll be trusted to step into different kitchens and quickly understand what they need. You might be supporting a pub through a particularly busy period, covering an absence or vacancy, or simply providing additional support when it's needed. This role would suit an experienced Senior Sous or Head Chef who loves variety and doesn't want to be tied to the same kitchen every day.
