If you are an experienced, enthusiastic and adaptive chef, who enjoys working in a variety of kitchens we think you’ll find we’re the perfect fit for you. Our pubs are going from strength to strength and we’d love you to join us on our exciting journey. Due to a number of internal promotions and growth of the business, we are looking for a Roving Chef, ideally based in the Clitheroe area to support our existing pubs and new pub openings. From time to time these positions involve working away from home but we’ll always be flexible where we can.

About you... Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a gastro pub, restaurant or hotel at sous or senior sous chef level is essential, as well as a positive and flexible attitude. In this role you’ll be covering holidays, involved in new openings or could be deputising for a Head Chef. You’ll help support with running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
