Due to a number of internal promotions and growth of the business, we are looking for a Roving Chef, ideally based in the Bolton, Manchester area to support our existing pubs and new pub openings. The patch covers Manchester, Blackburn, Clitheroe, Preston, Kirkby Lonsdale to name a few. From time to time these positions involve working away from home but we’ll always be flexible where we can.

About you…
Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a gastro pub, restaurant or hotel at sous or senior sous chef level is essential, as well as a positive and flexible attitude. In this role you’ll be covering holidays, involved in new openings or could be deputising for a Head Chef. You’ll help support with running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
