You'll have autonomy over bar products and work with the kitchen team to create seasonal menus. The Architect encompasses part of the ground floor and basement of The Empire Hotel in Bath and it is situated on Orange Grove, overlooking Pulteney Bridge with a small terrace that looks out onto the Abbey. As Pub Manager you will use your entrepreneurial flair to design your own events,manage and host weddings, corporate events and private functions to drive the business!
