Role Responsibilities
As Deputy Manager you will work alongside the Pub Manager to lead the team and run our busy pub. You will manage services, plan and run special events, welcome and look after customers, and help train and lead our bar and waiting staff. You will use your knowledge and experience to decide which beers, gins and wines to offer and how events should be run. This is a hands‑on role that keeps you at the heart of everything, ensuring smooth operation. We value promotion from within, so you will receive extensive training to develop your skills and progress your career.

Location & Refurbishment
The Globe in Warwick, the newest pub in the B&P family, will open its doors in June 2026. It is currently undergoing extensive refurbishment, with a full refurbishment bringing new life to the pub and its stunning rooms. This is your chance to join from the very beginning and help shape something truly special.
Compensation
Basic pay up to £35,000 per year, plus tronc (card tips paid into your).
