You'll need an abundance of passion for fresh food, and a genuine enthusiasm. We'd love you to have previous experience of working as a kitchen assistant or catering assistant, a line cook, chef de partie or commis chef and have the drive and ambition to further develop your skills working with fresh food.

Basic up to 12.75 per hour, plus tronc (that's your card tips that are paid into your bank). Paid overtime. Great cash tips.
