We are looking for an Assistant Manager to lead the team in one of our pubs. The role involves managing daily operations, training staff, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and watching over customers throughout the visit.
  • Training and leading bar and waiting staff.
  • Managing service flow and ensuring quality during busy periods.
  • Planning and running special events.
  • Assisting with beverage selection for the tap and full house (beers, gins, wines, etc.).
  • Supporting daily commercial decisions with the manager.

Salary and Working Conditions

Basic salary up to £32,160 per year plus tronc (card tips paid into your bank account). Paid overtime.
