Brunning and Price is seeking a Senior Sous Chef for The Mallard in Tidbury Green, opening Autumn 2026. You will work with the Head Chef to shape menus, lead a busy kitchen, and drive the food culture from day one.
We offer a base salary up to £37,000 with tronc, plus a £2,000 OTE bonus, paid overtime, and strong wellbeing and pension benefits. The role supports growth through internal development and HIT apprenticeships across our pubs.
