Wedding and Events Coordinator – Brunning and Price Pubs Ltd

Brunning and Price Pubs Ltd is looking for an organized, detail‑oriented Wedding & Events Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of weddings and other events at The Little Fox, our beautiful events space in Thornton Hough, adjacent to the main pub, The Red Fox.

Pay Range

Base pay up to £30,000 plus tronc (card tips) and paid overtime.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, plan and run weddings and events from start to finish.
  • Work closely with the Manager to stay ahead of deadlines, keep stakeholders informed and ensure every detail is successful.
  • Create and deliver internal events programmes suitable for the venue and its audience.
  • Welcome guests, run the event and ensure every event feels special.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Wedding Coordinator, Bookings & Events Manager or Sales & Events Manager in a gastro pub, hotel, or similar setting.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and detail‑oriented skills.
  • Genuine love for food, drink and hospitality.
