This role will take a lead in responsibility for the kitchen in our events venue - The Little Fox.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Head Chef to run the kitchen in our events venue - The Little Fox, including weddings, functions, events and meetings.
- Drive the food culture and manage menus for events.
- Keep the team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.

About You
Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at Senior Sous, kitchen manager or banqueting Head Chef level is essential. Working with the Head Chef you’ll be responsible for the running of the kitchen in our events venue - The Little Fox, where we hold weddings, functions, events and meetings. You’ll be driving the food culture, managing menus for events and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
