As a Senior Sous Chef at The Corn Mill, Llangollen, you will be an integral part of our kitchen team, contributing to the creation of exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities
- Run the kitchen in partnership with the Head Chef, driving the food culture and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Lead and develop kitchen staff to ensure engagement with customers and the introduction of exciting new dishes.

About You
Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at senior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential, as well as a positive attitude.
