About You… As Assistant Manager you’ll be at the heart of our management team, ensuring the smooth running of our busy pub. You’ll welcome and look after customers, help train and lead our bar and waiting staff, manage busy services and run special events, and be involved in deciding what beers to have on tap, which gins and wines to serve and what events to run.
