The Nelson Inn, Harrogate, is seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef to join our culinary team. You will play a pivotal role in menu development, kitchen management, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Responsibilities

  • Lead kitchen operations as Head Chef, driving menu development and seasonal offerings in collaboration with Executive Chefs.
  • Manage food quality, presentation, stock, GP, and labour controls to ensure a well-run kitchen.
  • Work closely with the pub manager to drive the business forward and foster a positive kitchen culture.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience as a head chef, chef manager, kitchen manager, or senior sous chef in a busy, premium fresh-food environment.
  • Strong leadership, business acumen, and ability to develop and mentor a team.
