We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused and excellent communicator to join our growing pub and rooms properties. This is a high‑volume, fast‑paced role that requires multitasking and problem‑solving skills. If you’re a self‑starter with a proactive attitude, we’d love you to come and join our family.

  • Base pay: ÂŁ26,000 per annum

About You

As a Central Reservation & Events Co‑Ordinator, you’ll be the initial point of contact for guests making bookings across our pubs. Your core responsibility is to expertly manage our booking systems, ensuring accuracy, maximising occupancy and revenue. You’ll deliver exceptional service while maintaining full compliance with data protection regulations. The role is hybrid: Monday to Friday between home, pub visits and commuting to our Head Office in Little Stanney, Chester for initial training and scheduled sessions. Ideally, you’ll have previous experience working in hospitality – pubs, restaurants, hotels or event co‑ordination – and familiarity with booking systems such as HLS, SevenRooms and other Zonal products.
