Base Pay Range

Basic up to £37k, plus tronc (tips paid into your bank)

ResponsibilitiesAs Deputy Manager you\’ll work alongside the Pub Manager to lead the team and run our busy pub. You\’ll manage busy services, plan and run special events, welcome and look after customers, and help to train and lead the bar/waiting team. You\’ll decide what beers, gins and wines we offer and how our events should be run. It\’s a hands‐on role where you\’ll be at the heart of everything to ensure that things run smoothly.

Requirements & QualificationsWe\’re looking for someone with experience as a deputy manager or restaurant manager within a gastro pub, restaurant, bar, hotel or elsewhere in the hospitality sector. Apply now!
