About You
You’ll need an abundance of passion for fresh food, and a genuine enthusiasm to learn. Previous experience as a kitchen assistant, catering assistant, line cook, trainee chef or commis chef is preferred, along with the drive and ambition to further develop your skills working with fresh food.
