Group work is carried out within the boutique under the coordination of the Store Manager, following all necessary activities to provide customers with an experience of excellence.
Elements needed to keep up-to-date with product knowledge, aesthetics, and philosophy are provided each season, allowing the Client Advisor to competently guide the customer through the collection, trying on, and selection. Adhering to a service of sales renders our store experience unique and demonstrates the special attention accompanying our business from the creation of the collection to the final presentation.
Managing the working environment includes maintaining appearance in the boutique, relationships with customers, conducting sales transactions, and looking after visual displays within the store and window displays. This also involves organised administration of the warehouse and inventory to ensure supply and availability respond to clear criteria, supporting communication with customers and the company.
Role responsibilities:
