About the Role:

The role will deliver manual handling sessions to colleagues across the charity; this could be as part of our inductions or on annual refreshers. You’ll be the face of the People Development team on sites and will support colleagues with accessing our Learning Management System.

Alongside this you will:

Provide support to team on site regarding manual handling training and our LMS system.

Provide advice with manual handling queries, directing colleagues to site management as needed.

Provide support and guidance to new manual handling trainers

Promote People Development opportunities and our range of courses

About you:

A positive and passionate individual, you’ll be confident delivering training to others. Ideally you will hold a qualification allowing you to deliver manual handling training to others, but we can provide this for the right candidate.

You’ll need to be organised and punctual, with access to your own vehicle so you can travel to our sites. You will be driven to support colleagues in delivering the best levels of manual handling & care.
