About The Role
Ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the care homes at all times. Observe and follow our guidelines and procedures while creating a happy and homely atmosphere for the people we care for. Tasks will include deep cleaning, laundry duties, cleaning individual rooms and en-suites etc. and may involve assisting with kitchen duties.
About You
Previous experience is not required. You must be committed to making a difference and carrying out all tasks to a high standard. Reliability and compassion are essential qualities you will need to possess. Good communication skills will also be required as this role involves working as a team and engaging with our residents to ensure they feel acknowledged.
