We have a fantastic opportunity for a Housekeeper to join our friendly and committed team in our care home in Glastonbury, Somerset. This role offers a chance to change careers or start out by being part of something meaningful.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the care homes at all times.
- Observe and follow guidelines and procedures while creating a happy and homely atmosphere for the people we care for.
- Tasks will include deep cleaning, laundry duties, cleaning individual rooms and en-suites, and may involve assisting with kitchen duties.
About You
- Previous experience is not required.
- You must be committed to making a difference and carrying out all tasks to a high standard.
- Reliability and compassion are essential qualities you will need to possess.
- Good communication skills will also be required as this role involves working as a team and engaging with our residents to ensure they feel acknowledged.
