About the role

You will work closely with the head chef in planning, organising, and preparing high-quality, nutritious meals for residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all food is produced to our high standards and the correct quantities are delivered to relevant service points at the right time.
  • Maintaining high cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen and ensuring all of Brunelcare’s Health and Safety procedures are followed.
  • Stepping in for the Head Chef if required during their absence.

About you

  • Previous experience in a catering environment and excellent catering skills are essential.
  • Availability to work various hours between 6am - 6pm, some weekends, but no evenings or split shifts.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team.
  • Willingness to undergo further training and attain relevant qualifications and specialised experience where required.
