About the role

  • Provide happy and helpful service to all residents, family members and visitors.
  • Work closely with residents and their family members to ensure they are happy and needs are met.
  • Report accidents, resident concerns or incidents immediately to the village management team.
  • Respond to emergency call bells and provide assistance where possible, assessing whether the residents' family or emergency services are required.
  • Work closely with residents suggesting appropriate social activities available and getting feedback on events for future planning.
  • Assist in the dining room at mealtimes by laying tables, serving meals and collection of trays.
