As Permit to Work Coordinator in the HSE team, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring all PTW systems. You will be authorized and trained to coordinate the process of all Permits, as well as to identify potential conflicting work tasks on a geographical and time basis. Activities will include managing the PTW office and chairing daily PTW coordination meetings throughout the engineering and development phases (EPIC Projects) of a Decommissioning, Carbon Capture & Storage project.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assessing permit requests
- Conducting walkthroughs of site areas covered under permit requests.
- Collaborating with Area Authorities, Performing Authorities etc.
- Ensuring corresponding control of work documents (Isolations, Gas Testing, exclusion drawings, P&ID's etc) are valid, implemented and correctly referenced.
- Issuing and authorising permits
- Coordination with Teams (Principal Contractor, Contractors and Subcontractors)
- Management of Simultaneous Operations and oversight of site activities.
- Monitoring active permits
- Maintaining the permit register
- Auditing and compliance monitoring of the system
- Maintaining oversight of site activities to ensure effective permit control and management of Simultaneous Operations
REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years' experience as PTW Officer or similar within the Oil&Gas industry.
