The Recruitment Delivery Consultant is responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment services by sourcing, selecting, and placing qualified candidates efficiently and professionally. This role focuses purely on recruitment delivery, without commercial or account-management responsibility. Execute day‑to‑day recruitment activities focused on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for open vacancies. Proactively build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and future roles. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience and strong engagement. Provide timely updates to the Team Lead Recruitment on vacancy progress and candidate pipelines. 1-3 Years recruitment experience ~ Knowledge of international Oil & Gas market (ideally) ~ Proficiency in using recruitment tools and ATS Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in recruitment Pay range and compensation package Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
