We are seeking an experienced Onshore / Offshore Installation Manager to join a global leader in the O&G industry and lead the construction of a comprehensive COâ‚‚ transportation and storage network, including the development of new pipelines and the repurposing of existing infrastructure, to connect industrial emitters to offshore storage sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure full compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements, fostering a safety-first culture across all operations.
  • Oversee the timely and efficient execution of construction works, adhering to project schedules and budgets.
  • Maintain the technical quality of construction and pre-commissioning works, conducting thorough constructability reviews during the pre-execution phase.
  • Define, implement, and manage the fabrication and installation management organization structure, leading a team of Installation Site Representatives, Marine Warranty Surveyors, Inspectors, Supervisors, and Planners.
  • Serve as the primary interface with internal teams (HSEQ, Project Services, Engineering, etc.) and external stakeholders, including EPCI/EPC/PC/C/I contractors, vendors, partner company construction managers, local authorities, and communities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 15 years in the oil and gas industry, with at least 10 years in offshore construction, including planning and executing multidisciplinary fabrication and installation activities.
  • Technical diploma in structural, mechanical, naval engineering, or equivalent.
  • BOSIET certification, Project Management courses, HSE Management in upstream operations, Asset Integrity Management System, Contract and Procurement Process, Engineering and Construction Management, Welding Engineering, and NDT basic course.
  • Fluent in English; intermediate knowledge of the local language is advantageous.
  • Proficient in installation planning and monitoring, conventional and unconventional installation methods, commissioning planning and monitoring, project configuration, contract management, change management, engineering, HSE principles, production operations, and logistics.
