As a HSE Engineer, you will report to the Project HSE Manager and ensure the correct development, management and improvement of the safety management system throughout the engineering and development phases (EPIC Projects) of a Decommissioning, Carbon Capture & Storage project.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, define and supervise HSE procedures at project and construction level
- Lead Risk Management process (i.e. HAZOP, HAZID, Hazard and Effect Management Process, Risk Assessment, etc.)
- Support implementation and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
- Plan and conduct internal HSE audits
- Coordinate and prepare HSE files and other deliverables following CDM regulations
- Complete supplier HSE evaluations, readiness reviews and review supplier HSE to ensure they meet the Project requirements
- Cover for HSE Trainer, PTW Officer and HSE Officer
- Records, coordinates and monitors HSE Performance and KPI's
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-7 years in the Oil&Gas industry and Onshore projects with activities in construction design regulation management and survey/investigation
- Qualification in HSE or Engineering related field (i.e., NEBOSH diploma)
