About the Role
The Recruitment Delivery Consultant is responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment services by sourcing, selecting, and placing qualified candidates efficiently and professionally. This role focuses purely on recruitment delivery, without commercial or account-management responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Execute day‑to‑day recruitment activities focused on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for open vacancies.
  • Proactively build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and future roles.
  • Ensure a deep understanding of job requirements, client expectations, and market conditions.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience and strong engagement.
  • Conduct reference checks, qualification verifications, and other compliance steps in line with Brunel procedures.
  • Provide timely updates to the Team Lead Recruitment on vacancy progress and candidate pipelines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights, candidate availability, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 Years recruitment experience
  • Knowledge of international Oil & Gas market (ideally)
  • Experience of recruiting/sourcing technical engineering candidates (white collar)

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and clients
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and ATS

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in recruitment
