About the Role

The Research Support and Development Office (RSDO) at Brunel University London supports the research community by securing external funding, overseeing contractual and compliance aspects of research and innovation projects, facilitating research collaborations with external partners, and managing the commercialisation of research to deliver societal impact.

Position Overview

This role is located within RSDO and will be responsible for developing and implementing an international collaboration compliance and due diligence framework for Trusted Research. The role holder will review and monitor all collaborations and partnerships at key stages, proportionate to risk, to ensure compliance with external statutory and contractual obligations, funder terms and conditions, and university policy and procedures. Additionally, the role will develop existing policies, procedures, repositories and databases to enable effective oversight, work closely with academics and other partnership teams across the University, and deliver training and guidance to the research community.
