We are appointing a Senior Recruitment Support Officer to lead the day‑to‑day operations of the Recruitment Support function. The role reports to the Associate Director of Recruitment and Admissions, line‑manages the Recruitment Support team, and ensures coordination and delivery of recruitment support across the department.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with admissions, UK recruitment, widening access, international recruitment and the language centre to plan and deliver recruitment events, visits and programmes.
- Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities to meet high standards of customer service.
- Support planning and logistical arrangements for recruitment events, including non‑standard hours during peak activity.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and systems and support budget management through financial processing.
- Act as deputy for the Associate Director and participate in major institutional events such as Clearing.
