We are recruiting for a Maintenance Assistant to join our Buildings and Facilities team. Reporting to the Building and Facilities Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality reactive and planned maintenance services across our halls of residence and off-campus properties.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for first-fix repairs, compliance tasks, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff. The team currently consists of 12 members, with additional temporary staff and contractors joining during peak summer periods.
