Student Experience And ResLife Advisor – 16444

Reporting to the Service Delivery and Compliance Management team, you will be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, supporting day-to-day operations in halls and ensuring an exceptional, student-focused experience. This includes responding to enquiries, resolving service issues, assisting with welfare concerns, and contributing to a supportive living environment through events and engagement initiatives.

Salary: Grade 5 from £29,450 to £30,889 inclusive of London Weighting, with potential to progress to £33,313 per annum through sustained exceptional contribution.

Role Responsibilities

You will work closely with ResLife Ambassadors, Estates teams, and other departments to deliver a safe, welcoming, and inclusive residential community. Your duties include handling service requests, maintenance queries, and helping organize welcome events and community activities, all vital to our students\’ residential experience.
