Student Experience and ResLife Advisor – 16444
Reporting to the Service Delivery and Compliance Management team, you will be the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors, supporting day-to-day operations in halls and ensuring an exceptional, student-focused experience. This includes responding to enquiries, resolving service issues, assisting with welfare concerns, and contributing to a supportive living environment through events and engagement initiatives.
Location: Brunel University London, Uxbridge Campus
Hours: Full-time, shift-based including evenings and weekends
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Grade 5 from £29,450 to £30,889 inclusive of London Weighting with potential to progress to £33,313 per annum, inclusive of London Weighting, through sustained exceptional contribution.

Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors, supporting day-to-day operations in halls.
- Respond to enquiries and resolve service issues; assist with welfare concerns.
- Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and inclusive residential community through events and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with ResLife Ambassadors, Estates teams and other University departments.
- Help deliver welcome events and community activities; handle service requests and maintenance queries.

- Good working knowledge of MS Office and administrative systems
