Brunel Sport is seeking an organised Receptionist to join our Sports Department. You’ll be the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors at our Sports Centre and Indoor Athletics Centre, delivering excellent customer service and supporting day-to-day operations.

Position Title: Receptionist – 12342 – 1

Department: Brunel Sport – Commercial Services

Location: Brunel University of London, Uxbridge Campus

Salary: Grade G4 from: £27,408 to £28,241 per annum inclusive of London Weighting with potential to progress to £28,846 per annum inclusive of London Weighting through sustained exceptional contribution. (Pro-rata for Part-time)

Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week, shift pattern including weekends)

Brunel Sport is seeking an organised Receptionist to join our Sports Department. You’ll be the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors at our Sports Centre and Indoor Athletics Centre, delivering excellent customer service and supporting day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reception desk enquiries (in person, phone, email)
  • Process bookings, memberships, and payments using our Gladstone Leisure system
  • Maintain the Sports Centre email inbox responding to all enquiries in a timely manner
  • Support various daily admin tasks and liaise with the wider sports team
  • Maintain tidy, welcoming reception areas
  • Follow safety and emergency procedures

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in customer service and admin
  • Strong IT and communication skills
