The predicted salary is between 29450 - 33313 Β£ per year.

Location: Brunel University London, Uxbridge Campus

Salary: Grade 5 from: Β£29,450 to Β£33,313 inclusive of London Weighting with potential to progress to Β£35,054 per annum, inclusive of London Weighting, through sustained exceptional contribution (pro-rata if part-time).

Responsibilities

  • Production, collection and processing of data for the teaching timetables to meet academic requirements for delivery of teaching and assessment.
  • Ensure effective utilisation of teaching space across the institution, alongside the maintenance of programme and course information.
  • Provide critical support services for programme data management, teaching and examinations timetables, and room booking.
  • Contribute to developments to the scheduling, publishing and reporting of timetable data.
  • Produce data and manage data flows related to teaching timetables that support delivery and assessment.
  • Maintain accuracy and accessibility of timetable-related information.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on data management, scheduling and reporting improvements.
  • Publish live data online where applicable and support related logistics and data management tasks.

Qualifications and experience

  • Good IT, data management and people skills; ability to work within a fast-developing team.
  • Timetabling experience or familiarity with scheduling systems and corporate records; knowledge of Scientia could be an added benefit.
  • Strong office IT knowledge; proven ability to manage multiple tasks and workload while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in logistics or data management; ability to publish live data online.
  • Well-established customer service, communication and reporting skills; good eye for detail; ability to undertake documentation and training activities.
  • Experience in a service-oriented environment; experience in a higher education environment is desirable.
  • Educational qualification: at least A-level or equivalent.
