The RSDO supports the research community to secure external funding, manage contractual and compliance aspects of projects, facilitate collaborations and oversee commercialisation. This role leads the development and enhancement of research support systems infrastructure and internal communication programmes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transition of the research development system infrastructure from Unit 4 to a Worktribe‑based system and coordinate its integration with other relevant systems.
  • Drive engaging communication programmes and develop internal research communities using multimedia platforms to facilitate research engagement and support high‑quality grant proposals.
  • Execute activities individually and through active collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide a highly professional and expert level of service across all activities.

Qualifications:

  • A first degree or relevant professional qualification and experience within higher education or research.
  • Excellent IT skills, familiarity with research funder online submission systems.
  • System administration experience with a pre‑award research grant management system.
