Location: Brunel University London, Uxbridge Campus

Salary: Grade 6 from: £34,145 to £38,638 inclusive of London Weighting with potential to progress to £40,757 per annum, inclusive of London Weighting, through sustained exceptional contribution (pro-rata if part-time).

This is an exciting opportunity to join Brunel's Research Support and Development Office as a Research Administrator. Reporting to the Head of Post Award and Impact, you will be a part of a professional team that supports academic colleagues to deliver their grants in accordance with funder/internal terms and conditions. You will also support academic colleges to ensure effective support of key research-related activities such as ethics administration.

We are looking for a team-player with excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills. The successful candidate will have experience of procurement and finance. Ideally, the candidate will have experience of working with research ethics and working in a higher education setting.

Evidence of relevant professional experience and ongoing development is an essential criterion. Candidates without a first degree should be able to demonstrate transferable skills - such as analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving and self-management skills.
