The Admissions Office at Brunel University of London is currently managing an exceptionally high volume of applications, and we’re looking for several enthusiastic Fixed Term Admissions Officers to join our dynamic team with an immediate start. You’ll be working on applications from both UK and international applicants across a wide variety of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
We’re seeking proactive individuals who ideally bring a solid understanding of UK and international education qualifications. If you’re someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys working with detail, and is confident making criteria-based decisions, please apply.
Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of applications using a large university database
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, supportive team environment
- Communicate clearly and professionally with applicants via email and phone
- Manage and prioritise a busy and varied workload
Excellent communication and computing skills are essential. Experience in higher education admissions or familiarity with admissions processes would be beneficial, although strong transferable skills and a positive, proactive approach are equally valuable.

- 2 x 18-month positions
Internal secondment opportunities will be considered.
