Overview

An exciting opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to join the in-house Legal Services team at Brunel University London. Reporting to the University Secretary & General Counsel, you will work with the University’s HR team responsible for around 2,000 staff.

Location: Brunel University London, Uxbridge Campus

Salary: Competitive

Hours: Full-time

Contract Type: Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day advice to members of the HR team, including developing creative solutions for initiatives such as reorganisations, acquisitions, in-sourcing and out-sourcing.
  • Oversee litigation and instruct external legal advice when necessary.

Qualifications and attributes

  • Qualified employment lawyer with relevant experience.
  • Prior in-house experience is desirable but not essential for the role.
