We are recruiting for a Maintenance Assistant to join our Buildings and Facilities team. Reporting to the Building and Facilities Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality reactive and planned maintenance services across our halls of residence and off-campus properties.
Department: Directorate of Estates and Facilities/Campus Services
Location: Brunel University London, Uxbridge Campus
Salary: Grade 2 from £24,962 to £25,536 per annum inclusive of London Weighting
Hours: Full-time
Contract Type: Permanent
You’ll be responsible for first-fix repairs, compliance tasks, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff.
