Brunel University London is seeking a proactive and detail‑focused Records Officer to join our Academic and Student Administration directorate. This role sits within the Records and Funding Team, supporting the accurate maintenance of student records throughout the entire student lifecycle.

You will manage and update student data within the SITS student record system, ensuring accuracy across key processes such as enrolment, progression, programme changes, fees, and statutory reporting. You’ll handle enquiries via the Student Enquiry System, identify and resolve data discrepancies, and support external reporting requirements including SLC and UKVI submissions.

Working closely with colleagues across University services, Colleges, and external bodies, you’ll provide clear guidance on regulations, policies, and procedures, delivering a professional and responsive service to students and staff. The role also contributes to process improvement, system testing, training delivery, and supporting major University events such as registration and graduation.
