We are seeking to appoint a Project Manager to support JUST-CIRCLE, a Horizon Europe Innovation Action coordinated by Brunel University of London. JUST-CIRCLE is a multi-partner European project focused on circular business models, sustainability, stakeholder engagement, and evidence‑based project delivery.
Location: Brunel University of London, Uxbridge Campus
Salary and Hours:
- Salary: Grade 7: £41,292 to £48,557 per annum (inclusive of London Weighting), with the potential to progress to £52,761 per annum, subject to sustained exceptional contribution (pro‑rata if part‑time).
- Hours: Part‑time 0.45 FTE / 15.75 hours per week
Contract: Fixed‑Term until 31 May 2029
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide project management and administrative support to ensure effective consortium coordination, governance support, reporting preparation, document control, implementation monitoring, and compliance administration across the life of the project.
- Organise and support project meetings, maintain project records, track actions, milestones and deliverables.
- Support internal and external reporting, liaise with consortium partners, and collaborate with relevant Brunel professional services teams.
- Support project events, workshops and review meetings, including logistics, communication, documentation and follow‑up actions.
Qualifications:
- Strong organisational skills and experience supporting project coordination in a research, higher education or externally funded project environment.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, and communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders.
- Experience with Horizon Europe, EU‑funded or other large externally funded projects is particularly valuable.
