We are seeking an organised, proactive and internationally minded Global Engagement Coordinator to join our Global Engagement Office (GEO).

Location: Brunel University London, Uxbridge Campus

Salary: Grade 6 from £34,588 to £39,144 inclusive of London weighting, with potential to progress to £41,292 per annum through sustained exceptional contribution.

Hours: Full-time

Contract Type: Permanent

As Global Engagement Coordinator, you will support the delivery of the University's international strategy and contribute to the development of global partnerships, student mobility opportunities, summer schools, and engagement with our worldwide community.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating summer school activities
  • Supporting partnership approval processes and databases
  • Arranging committees
  • Organising inward and outward international visits
  • Undertaking market research and liaising with external organisations and international partners to support the University's global engagement objectives

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in an administrative or coordination role
  • First degree or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient user of databases
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, able to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes to agreed deadlines
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities
  • Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders from different cultures and backgrounds
  • High level of attention to detail, confidence in managing data and producing reports, and a flexible, collaborative and diplomatic approach
