The Professional Work Experience Team (PWE) is looking for an enthusiastic and organised BSIP Administrator to support the delivery of the Brunel Summer Internship Programme (BSIP), a key Access-funded employability initiative supporting students from widening participation backgrounds to gain paid work experience opportunities.

- Salary: Grade 5 from: £29,450 to £33,313 inclusive of London Weighting (pro-rata if part-time) with potential to progress to £35,054 per annum, inclusive of London Weighting, through sustained exceptional contribution (pro-rata if part-time).
- Hours: Part-Time (17.5 hours per week)

Role
Working closely with the BSIP Programme Coordinator, the postholder will support the day-to-day delivery of the programme, acting as a key point of contact for students, employers and colleagues engaging with BSIP. The role will involve a wide range of administrative and programme support duties, including:
- Coordinating communications
- Maintaining accurate records and systems
- Supporting events and workshops
- Monitoring student engagement
- Assisting with reporting and impact evaluation activities
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and programme support to the BSIP, ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery.
- Coordinate communications with students, employers and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records and systems for the programme.
- Support events and workshops related to BSIP.
- Monitor student engagement and assist with reporting and impact evaluation activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in an administrative, programme support or student-facing role with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience supporting projects, events or employability initiatives is advantageous.
- Confident in communicating with a range of stakeholders and in managing competing priorities in a busy environment.
- Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Outlook and Teams); ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Flexible, proactive and student-focused approach; commitment to inclusive student experience and contributing to wider aims of PWE and Brunel University London.
