Responsibilities

  • You will support the Head of the Family Law Department, managing diaries, court dates and key deadlines for fee earners.
  • Opening, closing and maintaining files.
  • Preparing court bundles, scanning documents and organising correspondence.
  • Monitoring and ensuring updates are recorded accurately.
  • Liaising professionally with clients, courts and external agencies.

Qualifications

  • Experience within Family Law and strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a busy legal environment.
