b Overview /b p In this role you lead BBIO marketing to drive growth and market presence for Bruker’s BioSpin business. You will shape the multi-year vision, orchestrate integrated go-to-market plans, and partner with Sales, Product, and Applications to accelerate new orders. You’ll build scalable marketing operations, leverage data and AI to improve demand generation, and lead a global-to-regional marketing model. This is a strategic, impact-driven leadership role in a fast-evolving life-science domain. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead and prioritize lead generation activities to increase New Order Bookings and explore white-space opportunities in academic and industrial/pharma segments /li li Build scalable demand generation programs with segmentation, targeting, nurturing, and funnel governance /li li Advance a data-driven, AI-enabled marketing strategy using automation, analytics, personalization, and predictive insights /li li Define and own the BBIO marketing vision, multi-year roadmap, and annual priorities /li li Translate business strategy into integrated go-to-market plans across customer segments, positioning, and regional execution /li li Lead campaign strategy with clear value propositions, differentiated positioning, and measurable market impact /li li Coordinate global-to-regional marketing orchestration across APAC, Americas, EMEA with local relevance /li li Act as strategic partner to Sales and executive leadership, ensuring assets and programs support engagement and opportunities /li li Establish and govern marketing performance metrics including brand, pipeline, ROI, and New Order Bookings /li li Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary marketing organization across regions and functions /li li Manage budgets, resources, and external investments to maximize business impact /li li Translate customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights into actionable go-to-market decisions /li li Foster innovation, responsible data and AI governance, and alignment with Bruker standards /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 10–15+ years of progressive marketing experience in life sciences, biotechnology, diagnostics, medtech, or complex technology solutions /li li Proven senior marketing leadership track record with success in growing pipeline and commercial performance /li li Experience in global, matrixed organizations with stakeholder influence across functions and regions /li li Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and data-driven decision-making /li li Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at all levels /li li People leadership with coaching and talent development mindset /li li Ability to translate insights into actionable business outcomes and align cross-functional teams /li /ul ul li stakeholder management /li li leadership /li li strategic thinking /li li Marketing management /li li Go-to-Market strategy /li li Demand generation and lead management /li /ul
