Field Service Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
- Perform site surveys, pre‑installation, installation of Bruker Semiconductor Metrology Tools (e.g., X‑ray, automated AFM, Photomask Repair tools)
- Perform corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance
- Provide technical support, basic application support, and customer training
- Build strong relationships with key accounts
- Serve as a supportive and effective communication link between the customer and Bruker to ensure customer service satisfaction
- Be flexible in schedule to accommodate the needs of semiconductor business
- Timely complete and submit all required paperwork
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organise workload, and meet deadlines
- Become a trusted advisor and support service contract and new tool sales
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Physics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience gained through several years in SEMI / Field Service roles.
- A current driving licence in the EU and UK
- Able to work in production floor, cleanroom & laboratory environments
- Business‑fluent English
- Experience in using standard tools such as oscilloscope and multimeter.
- Good computer literacy, including familiarity with data system hardware and industry standard operating systems.
- Able to independently troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Able to conduct trainings. Experience in writing documentation.
