In close cooperation with our customers, Bruker is enabling innovation, improved productivity, and customer success in life science molecular and cell biology research, in applied and pharma applications, in microscopy and nanoanalysis, as well as in industrial applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform site surveys, pre-installation, installation of Bruker Semiconductor Metrology Tools (e.g. X-ray, automated AFM, Photomask Repair tools).
  • Perform corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance.
  • Provide technical support, basic application support, and customer training.
  • Build strong relationship with key accounts.
  • Serve as a supportive and effective communication link between the customer and Bruker to ensure customer service satisfaction.
  • Be flexible in schedule to accommodate the need of semiconductor business.
  • Timely complete and submit all required paperwork.
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Become a trusted advisor and support service contract and new tool sales.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Physics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience gained through several years in SEMI / Field Service roles.
  • A current driving licence in the EU and UK.
  • Able to work in production floor, cleanroom & laboratory environments.
  • Experience in using standard tools such as oscilloscope and multimeter.
  • Good computer literacy, including familiarity with data system hardware and industry standard operating systems.
  • Able to independently troubleshoot and solve problems.
  • Able to conduct trainings.
  • Experience in writing documentation.

This position is based in Northern Ireland or Ireland. Candidates based elsewhere must be willing to relocate.
