Responsibilities Promote the Bruker products within the North of the UK to all market sectors. Plan and coordinate sales activities to grow market share. Negotiate and close deals effectively. Present yourself, Bruker, and the assigned products professionally, in line with our \’Innovation with Integrity\’ mission. Maintain relationships with existing customers and build new client relationships. Meet sales targets and provide accurate forecasting. Develop the project pipeline within CRM software. Coordinate with the X-ray team in the UK and internationally, building strong working relationships with the service and application teams. Qualifications Desired Attributes Excellent communication and organisational skills. Understanding of X-ray Fluorescence and/or X-ray Diffraction. Degree-level education in chemistry, physics, engineering, or a related field. Experience in B2B sales within a technical sector. Willingness to travel extensively. Ability to understand complex customer needs and articulate them clearly to colleagues. Adaptability to work within various industries, identifying key people and issues. Strong customer relationship skills and decision-making ability. Accuracy, detail orientation, reliability, and consistency. Commercially driven and highly motivated.
