The predicted salary is between 49500 - 60500 £ per year.

I am looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join an award-winning IFA practice based in Manchester City Centre.

Dealing with HNW clients you will be providing first-class administration support to Financial Adviser and their clients.

Day to day duties will include; Processing and Chasing Letters of Authority to completion.

Obtaining Illustrations and preparation for Client Meetings.

New Business Processing and Fund Switches.

Chasing New Business through to completion with providers.

Database Management/Task Management - ensuring Database is updated with all transactional elements of a client’s portfolio.

Fee and Invoice Processing.

Provide Client Portfolio Summaries and Valuations.

Ongoing Suitability Processing following Client Review meetings.

To apply for this role you must have previous administration experience in an IFA environment with a broad knowledge in all Financial Planning product areas and experience of using a variety of Platform Provider Portals
