Our client, a leading global bank, is looking for a Vice President to join their Leveraged Finance Team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for structuring and executing leveraged finance transactions, specifically large cap underwritten LBO financings and direct lending transactions.
THE ROLE:
- Undertake analysis and manage processes for structuring and executing large-cap leveraged finance transactions in EMEA.
- Prepare and present client marketing materials and internal approval documents, in coordination with the deal team.
- Negotiate terms and documentation for leveraged finance transactions.
- Support Leveraged Finance team leadership in managing and developing junior team members.
THE CANDIDATE:
- Currently sitting at the Vice President (or equivalent) level within a Leveraged Finance Team of a Global Bank or Fund.
- Proven experience in leading European private equity sponsor-backed leveraged finance transactions.
- Experience in sub-investment grade credit analysis, cash flow modelling, and leveraged documentary negotiation.
