Bruin are proud to be partnering with a well known financial services organisation in their search for a Box Manager to join their existing investment reporting team. This role is available due to growth within the team and offers an exceptional salary for both the Manchester and Edinburgh locations. The Unit Linked Box Management team are responsible for unit pricing and monitoring/managing the market risk exposure from the box (company holding) in unit-linked funds. About the role · Oversee the day-to-day operational running of box management processes, ensuring timely and high-quality output and driving continuous process improvements towards best practice. · Analysis of unit pricing issues or errors, ensuring compliance with control and governance requirements. · Provide insight and deliver clear and concise communications to key senior stakeholders, including via governance forums. · Providing effective delegation, review and coaching to other team members, sharing subject-matter expertise of complex processes involving box management and unit-pricing. · Lead regular interactions across senior leadership and key internal and external stakeholders, providing support, insight, and challenge over a wide variety of unit-linked activities. · Support and provide subject-matter unit-linked expertise on key strategic Group projects. To be considered for this role you should have leadership experience and previous working knowledge in a similar role. You will also be available to start at short notice.
